Come For A Visit
Join us to learn about our academic program, meet our team, and spend time in our school at one of the following offerings:
- 'Mercy in Minutes' Tour A quick, 30 minute tour from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. every Friday during February, March, and April. No registration required! Simply show up at the main office and ask for a tour. Our Admissions Director, Mary Cannon, will be happy to show you around the school, answer any questions you have, and provide you with take-home material. We promise to have you out the door in 30 minutes!
- Information Session and Student Shadow Visit We recommend all prospective students (and parents) join us as our guests on a Tuesday morning. Our Information Session (for both parent and student) is held from 8 to 8:30 a.m. At this time, guests will meet our team, learn more about Mercy, and be given an opportunity to ask any questions. At 8:30 a.m., our parents are offered tours of classes-in-session and our student guests join a Mercy Student Ambassador for the morning. Upcoming dates include:
- February 14
- March 14 and 28
- April 4 and 25
- May 9 and 23

- Entrance Exam – This is a required grade level placement test which assists admissions decisions and academic placement within our program. Incoming 6th grade test is one hour and incoming 7-12th grade test are 2.5-3 hours, with breaks and snacks. Upcoming dates include:
- March 3
- April 7
- May 19

- Accepted Student Picnic - Families join us to celebrate an acceptance and enjoy the first picnic of the season! The event will be held on April 26 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. At the event, our gym will be filled with a variety of booths staffed by our counselors, coaches, and club moderators. Learn more about our programs, discuss class placement, try on uniforms, meet our coaches and club moderators, and ask our Director of Finance questions about our financial process and possible scholarships.
