With our two youngest daughters now heading off to college and the promise of their good start in life, Mark and I are finally transitioning to this newfound experience as empty-nesters. My part-time work as a hospice care nurse brings much personal and professional fulfillment. I continue to find moments of fun, grace and possibility in my ministry as Director of the Day Away Program, an Alzheimer's Respite Day Care that is an all-volunteer outreach program of our parish. My involvement in a Wisdom Circle, reading, traveling in New England and beyond, and spending time with my family, help replenish my spirit. (07/03)
