It's so good to hear what everyone's been up to! As for myself, I am still living in Boston and working at Bay State College. I received my Masters Degree in Higher Education Administration a couple of years ago and was just recently promoted to Dean of Student Affairs. I also adopted a puppy last fall...she's a beagle/dachshund mix and her name is Winnie. I don't get home to Rochester very often anymore because my parents relocated, but I would love to hear from you guys. Glad to hear everyone's doing well! (07/06)

Ok, Now I've gone and done it. I worked that job at Kodak/ITT for nearly 5 years and decided it wasn't for me. I started back to school toward another master's (this time in Education) and I have just 4 more classes to take. Meanwhile I landed this great job teaching Earth Science at...... Mercy!!! Yep, took over for the woman who took over for Mrs. Daniel. I HAVE THE KEYS (to my classroom anyway)! Ha ha ha.... let me know if you want to stop by and reminisce (sorry to the English majors, I still can't spell). (07/05)

I graduated from SUNY Brockport in 2001 with my BS in Computer Science. I worked in Victor for 2 years. I joined the Army in 2003 and am currently a SGT in the 98th Division(IT) in Irondequoit. I work full-time as a civilian for the government and will be married on November 26th by the Bishop at Sacred Heart Cathedral. (09/05)

I graduated from the University at Albany with a BA in Voice Performance and another in Spanish Language. I studied in Madrid, Spain for a semester (WOW!), and also had visited Costa Rica for a few weeks. I took a year off of school, and then went back to get my MA in Spanish Linguistics. Somewhere in the middle of that, I married a wonderful man, and couldn't be happier. I now work for a translation agency based in NYC (local office here in Albany) called LinguaLinx, Inc. as Director of Production, and I still sing with a few groups here. I am in the process of completing my PhD at the University of Guelph. I have to catch up to Shannon (or shall I call her Dr. Haire! I can't believe it has been so long since high school! I keep reading everyone else's posts and I am so proud of everyone. Don't worry, I'll finish school one day! I am really missing the States and I can't wait to move back. I hope all is well with everyone. I got married 1 year ago tomorrow and I am on my third horse - eventing season is here and I'll be out there. I wish you all the best of luck and happy summer! I was married on July 29th, here in Rochester at Saint Louis Church. My husband and I just built our first home and it has been very exciting. After graduating with my Ph.D. in Neuroscience last May, my fiance and I bought our first home here in Gainesville, Florida. Since moving into the house last June, we spent most of our time landscaping and preparing for the wedding. On November 3rd, 2006, Sanford and I got married over on Florida's east coast. We had a blast! I am currently enjoying a post doctoral position in the Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Florida. My husband and I enjoy spending time working in our new yard and going out on our boat to fish the waters of Florida. (11/06)

In 2001 I received a BS in Aviation Science from St. Louis University and put that to use flight instructing for three years. Recently I switched gears and now work for an aviation cartography company just outside of St. Louis, MO. I am also working on an MS in Aviation Safety Management. My husband is an airline pilot so life seems to be always on the go. This past June we had a son who is truly a bundle of joy. I haven't been to Rochester in a while, but I look forward to going back when we can. It's wonderful to see how everyone is doing - take care! (10/05)

I graduated from Niagara University in 2001 with a BS in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Secondary English Education. I have since received my Master's degree in Instructional Technology and am currently teaching 7th grade Math at a special ed school in Buffalo, NY for emotionally disturbed kids. I love it! I met my husband my freshman year at NU and we married three years ago. We currently live in our home of two years in Lockport, NY. Until we have human children, we dote on our two cats. I swear they think they are human! I just discovered this site - and hope to year from more people! (05/06)

Hi everyone--lots of interesting things going on lately! I married my husband, Chris, on October 21, 2006 after relocating to Ontario, Canada in 2005. Prior to marriage, I finished a Certificate in Clinical Trials Management at the University of Western Ontario and am currently doing prerequisites for a master's in Occupational Therapy (possibly followed by a PhD in Health Promotion...I think I just like going to school). In between that I did animal rescue work in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina (and brought home Daisy, who joins our other two beagles Knucklehead and Derby) and I serve on the board of the Huntington's Disease Society of America. My day job is as a research coordinator for Neuromuscular and Huntington's disease research trials. It's great to hear how everyone is doing. (11/06)

This summer, I married my college sweetheart, Michael Zammit, at a ceremony at our alma mater - Fordham University. Sarah Stenger was a bridesmaid and Mariah McLane did a reading. I also started a new job this summer - I am now a Sales Analyst for Sony BMG Music Entertainment. Previous to that, I worked at Universal Music Group for 5 years. I will be finished with my MBA in marketing next year, also from Fordham University. (09/06)

I just began my second year in the D.C. metro area by moving to a condo in Chantilly, VA with my boyfriend Chuck and our basset hound Maddie. I have a great job as a list manager with my company Innovative List Marketing, where I work with both commercial and non-profit clients. I still keep up with several Mercy girls (yes, Jen Moffett and I are still best friends) and I try to make it home to Rochester as often as possible. Chuck and I have several weddings to attend this year (including Elizabeth McCrank's in August!), so we're looking forward to lots of traveling.
I'd love to be part of any reunion plans for next year, so if anyone needs help coordinating, let me know. I really can't believe it's almost been 10 years - I still feel like I'm 17! Keep in touch and keep posting your news - it's great to hear about everyone! (01/06)

I graduated from Hamilton College in 2001 with my B.A. in Comparative Literature and French - while at Hamilton, I continued swimming and also played rugby. I went on to law school in Albany at Union University and graduated in 2004, and have since been admitted to the NY and SC bars. I am still in Albany, working as a Court Attorney in Family Court and I couldn't be happier. I still stay in contact with several Mercy girls and love hearing what everyone is up to...keep in touch!! Hi all! It's great to see that everyone is doing so well. After graduating from Nazareth College I became a high school English teacher at Rush-Henrietta High School. I love the kids and my fellow teachers. Life's been pretty good and my family is doing well. And, yes, Jenna Christiansen and I are still best friends. It's been a wild few years. After needing to take some time off, I finally went back to college in Sept 2000. I just received my BM in Music Education and am now working on two Masters degrees at NYU. A friend and I started a small theatre/music company last year and so far it's doing ok. No huge profits, but we have done three shows and offer private lessons.
I live with my fiance Alex who is teaching college Intro Psych while he finishes his PhD in Clinical Psychology. He has been the greatest thing in my life, and I am finally really happy. Good to hear how well everyone is doing. (12/04)

At the beginning of the year I moved into a position as the Asst. Operations Manager of Produce Distribution for Wegmans in their new market areas. I live in PA near the new facility we just built and am engaged to be married May 27, 2006. It is so nice to hear how everyone is doing and just want to congratulate everyone on their accomplishments. I was the maid of honor in Ellen DiPasquale's wedding on 11/5/05 and I am now starting to realize how long it has been since we graduated; and am feeling really old. (11/05)

I completed my BS in Dance Performance, and BS in Art in 2000. After that time, I performed and choreographed work in NYC, Jamaica, and London. I did my MA in Choreography with Performing Arts at Middlesex University in London, but have not yet completed my thesis. (hopefully sometime soon) I had knee surgery about 7 weeks ago, so in the meantime I've been the guest choreographer at a Performing Arts High School and have been signed as a fashion designer and am a photographer here in NYC. Hopefully I'll be back to dancing soon.
I've recently been in touch with a bunch of Mercy/McQuaid folk, and just found out that this website exists. What happened to Shannon Haire, Lidya (sp?), and Karen Wahl? (05/05)
