It's great to see how everyone's doing, though I have to say I'm jealous of everyone with their jobs and real lives...as I'm still in school. I'm 2 years away from getting my PhD in Child Clinical Psychology, and I'm having so much fun doing what I do. I traded in one football school (Notre Dame, which will always be my #1) for another, and have been here at The University of Alabama for 4 years now. I am definitely ready to get out of the steamy south, though, and see some snow again. My long-time boyfriend, who I met at ND, is still in New Orleans, and we're just waiting for my grad training to be over. I hope you are all doing well. It's cool to see all the different things our class ended up doing. Can you believe it's almost been 10 years? Miss you! Laura (6/08)

In the last year, I married my best friend and changed jobs to teach at a new school. My commute is now less than a mile from home and I really am enjoying my class. The best change, however, is the anticipated arrival of our baby boy, Andrew somewhere around June 8th. Things couldn't be going more perfect - I hope the rest is easy! Hope everyone else is doing well :) (1/08)

After graduation I attended SUNY Albany University where I attained a B.S in Computer Science with Applied Mathematics. During my senior year I began an internship, a few months after graduation this turned into a consulting job and I officially moved to Albany. I also met my husband in college. In 2005 we built and moved into our first home together, three months later we were married (9-3-05), and four months later we found out we were expecting! Monica Halina Cammarota was born on September 14th, she weighed 5 lbs. 14 oz.’s and was 19 inches in length. She has picked up quite a bit since she was born, weighing 10 lbs 4 oz.’s and 22 inches in length at her two month well visit :0). I am currently home on Maternity leave until March and everyday brings new and exciting developments, she has recently started to smile and become excited when she sees us, it’s an amazing feeling as a parent. I hope you’re all doing well since graduation; if you’re ever in the area feel free to look us up or drop me a line some time.(11/06)

Hi girls!! I'm constantly amazed by how well you all are doing! I am sure that most of you barely remember me, but you all stay fresh in my mind - Mercy meant so much to me.. I finished my B.S. in industrial engineering at OU, and then traveled to DC to begin my Master's at GWU in emergency management. I started working for Booz Allen Hamilton, and got married while finishing grad school. I'll be graduating this December (yippee!) and look forward to more free time (so I hope!). Best wishes to you all :) (11/06)

Life has been quite exciting. My daughter, Ava Elizabeth, was born August 12, 2006, she weighed in at 8 lbs. She is just an absolute joy. I graduate from Law School in December and will be taking the CA February Bar.
I have been very fortunate and working as a law clerk for a well known attorney. We are representing one of the Pendleton Eight Marines accused of killing the Iraqi civilian. It has been a very intensive case. I was interviewed on various news channels, newspapers and we are in the process of trying to get a spot on Court TV.
Congrats to all the new parents, newly marriage and newly engaged. I would love to hear from some of my old classmates. (10/06)

Greetings Ladies and germs:
Alas I am finally done with school! I graduated from UB with my JD/MSW. I took the NYS Bar Exam in July, got married to an awesome guy (yes another runner) in August, and started a new job as an associate attorney at the Empire Justice Center in Rochester in September. (Whoa that seems like a lot in writing)
Looking to reconnect with my mercy roots and people now that I can maybe downshift a gear so please don't hesitate to drop me a line.
Many congrats to all of you for the wonderful things you are all doing! (09/06)

Well hello ladies!
First I gotta say it has been a treat reading everyone's entries!
I have just moved to the Virgin Islands (yep that's right the Caribbean) to open a restaurant with my boyfriend Christian. Livin the dream. ALL ARE WELCOME TO COME VISIT!!!!!
After spending 5 years in sunny San Diego, I look forward to the slowing down of life (island time) but the focus of work (OCEAN GRILL). San Diego was an amazing time. During my stay there, I managed to get a degree from the University of San Diego (communication and business), have a visit from Michelle Mc Gowen and Natasha Thomas, and spend enough time on the beaches to know that is where I belong...for now.
My adventurous spirit has taken me backpacking through Europe and surfing in Fiji ...with Japan next in mind.
After playing soccer for Loyola University in Chicago, I suffered two anuyerisms in my left hand which ended that experience quickly. After transferring out to San Diego, I began studying Aikido, a Japanese defensive martial/spiritual art. Aikido, in Japanese roughly translates to the harmony of the spirit. I would recommend this to anyone, interested in personal growth or plain ol' self defense. In San Diego, I worked with my Sensei teaching a children's class and eventually would like to continue working with kids.
I also plan on going back to school for expressive arts therapy or doing some kind of social work, as I got involved with tutoring at juvy hall and sexual assault support groups.
I invite you all to visit or at least call for a catch up. I wish you all the best in your future plans and not-so-plans. Live it up ladies... that quarter of a century flew by~
Much love and peace
Stacey (06/06)
