Our faculty and staff believe in our students

Employment

One Team. One Mission.

Mercy is a family. Our faculty and staff are highly educated and deeply caring people who put our students first. Although we come from all walks of life, Mercy educators share a common passion for teaching and seeing the world through the eyes of young learners. We seek employees who are dedicated to our school’s mission and values, and recognize their role in helping shape Mercy Girls to become leaders, problem-solvers, risk-takers, excellent communicators, and globally ready young women.

Apart from demonstrating a passion to teach, we ensure that all our educators are intellectually curious and masters of their disciplines; are dedicated to working with students to help them exceed their expectations; and exhibit the special skill set necessary to teach in in all-girls environment.
