We want to meet you

Plan a Visit

Mercy hosts in-person tours and student experience visits offering families a feel for life at Mercy during the school day. Sign up for a tour guided by a student ambassador where you and your daughter will visit classrooms, science labs, the Media Center, and more! If you would like to attend, you can register via MercyLINK through your daughter’s admissions checklist under the “Building Tour” step. We hope to see you on campus soon for a tour!

Visits begin in the Mercy auditorium with a brief welcome from Mercy Admissions staff, followed by tours exploring the Mercy campus. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience the Mercy difference while school is in session! At 9 a.m., student visitors join a current Mercy student of a similar grade-level for classes, flex time, and lunch (provided). Parents are invited to stay after the tour from 9 to 10 a.m. to meet with members of Mercy Administration including Mercy’s Principal, Dr. Sherylanne Diodato ’93.

If you would like to attend, simply register via MercyLINK through your daughter’s admissions checklist under the “Building Tour” step or contact our admissions office by phone at 585-288-7120 x304. We hope to see you on campus soon!

Go Inside Mercy!

Navigate the halls of Mercy with our immersive 3D Virtual Tour, where you’ll experience our classrooms, science labs, the Media Center, and more! “Step” onto the court in the Kathleen Bonsignore Walgreen Gymnasium before visiting our beautifully renovated auditorium, part of the Dismas Center for the Performing Arts; and enjoy the serenity of the Motherhouse Chapel, home to beloved Mercy traditions such as Rose Mass.

Registering for a visit is completed online using our admissions portal, MercyLINK. Directions for scheduling a visit, viewing available dates, and logging into MercyLINK are below.

  • If you are new to Mercy and have not yet registered for an event or submitted an inquiry, please use this form to initiate your MercyLINK account. You will receive your login credentials via email, and upon logging in, click your daughter’s name in the top left to access the ‘Admissions Progress Checklist’ feature, where you are able to schedule a virtual tour.
  • If you have previously registered for an admissions event (such as Open House), submitted an online request for information from Mercy, or started an admissions application on behalf of your daughter, you can log into MercyLINK. Please use the Forgot Login or First Time Logging In button if you need to retrieve your login credentials.
  • For families who already have a daughter enrolled at Mercy, or had a daughter who attended Mercy, you will need to initiate a new student record for your subsequent daughter. You can do so by filling out this form or using our online application form. This will not require you as the parent to create new MercyLINK credentials, but it is necessary to create a new record for your additional daughter.
An overview of the MercyLINK application process and scheduling functionality can be downloaded here.
