Alumnae Named as Finalists in ATHENA Awards

January 17, 2020

Through the years, Our Lady of Mercy School for Young Women has graduated thousands of amazing women leaders who have changed the course of history for the better. Mercy Girls have become corporate CEOs, non-profit leaders, and entrepreneurs who have taken what they learned at Mercy and applied it to the world around them. Several of these leaders have been recognized as finalists in the Rochester Chamber of Commerce prestigious ATHENA Awards. This year, Julie Camardo ’93, Julie Goodsell Marsiglio ’90, and Kimberly Jones P ’24 & ’26 (for Butler/Till Media Services) (second, third, and fourth from left) have been added to this esteemed group of women (Mercy was honored to nominate Julie Marsiglio). These wonderful women are posing with past finalists Kathleen Walsh Pringle ’81 (far left), Caroline Whelan Tolbert ’02, Pam Fennell Baker ’74 and Rose Feor Cooper ’02. This year’s ATHENA event is being held on January 23. Good luck!
