Spirit Gala 2019 Wildly Successful!

November 7, 2019

Over 500 people were in attendance at Mercy’s Spirit Gala on November 2, 2019 – the highest grossing Gala in our school’s history! Hosted at the school in the beautifully decorated Kathleen Bonsignore Walgreen Gymnasium, Middle School Gymnasium, and the Catherine McAuley Gallery, the Spirit Gala is the premier fundraising event of the Mercy calendar. Each year, the event attracts local business leaders, parents, alumnae, elected officials, Sisters of Mercy, faculty, Board of Trustees members, and others to celebrate Mercy’s successes and contribute financially to its future. Funds raised at the 2019 Gala will support tuition scholarships, equipment purchases, facilities upgrades, as well as provide the foundation for the newly created Mercy Academic Leadership Fund. Mercy legacy family and generous supporter, the LeChase Family, was presented with the Catherine McAuley Vision and Philanthropy Award. Mercy’s own Director of Alumnae Relations, Karen Ralph, was presented with the Sister Mary Francesca Award for Service to the Mercy Community. Special thanks to Gala Co-Chairs Cory & Erik Herrema P’20 and Kimberly & Matt Jones P’24 & 26 for helping make this a very successful Gala! See more images at www.mercyhs.com/photos
