  • Directions and Parking Information

    All guests and visitors to Our Lady of Mercy School for Young Women should enter campus through our Clover Street entrance. School traffic is not permitted at Mercy Center (Blossom Road) entrance.

  • Visitor Parking

    Please enter campus from Clover Street and follow the bus lane to the right around the building. A limited number of visitor parking spaces are available on the side of the building. To enter, locate the door at the corner marked with a blue “Visitor Entrance” sign. There is a buzzer inside the alcove to connect you to the Main Office.

  • Event & Athletic Parking

    Please enter from Clover Street and park in the large lot to the left of our buildings.

    If you are attending an indoor event, you can gain access to the building through the main Gallery doors. These are the large glass doors that face out towards Clover Street. A buzzer is located to the far left of the doors to connect you with the Main Office, if the doors are locked.

    If you are attending an outdoor athletic event, please follow the pathway at the back of the parking lot up the hill to our outdoor athletic complex.

  • Auditorium

    Our spacious auditorium comfortably seats 978 guests, making it an ideal venue for conferences, dance performances, concerts, and large-scale events.

  • Gymnasiums

    Mercy’s campus provides two large, open indoor gymnasiums perfect for vendor shows, athletic events, and more!

  • Softball Field

    Our softball field provides a great place to host your next corporate event with some friendly softball or kickball competition.

  • Wambach Field (Turf)

    Our high-quality turf soccer field offers a professional-grade surface, perfect for games, practices, and tournaments year-round.

  • Art Gallery

    Mercy’s Art Gallery is an ideal venue for luncheons, dinner parties, book clubs, workshops, and more.

  • Black Box Theatre

    Our versatile black box theatre provides an intimate, flexible performance space ideal for rehearsals, productions, workshops, and special events.

Code of Conduct for Athletes & Spectators

Good sportsmanship is an integral component of Mercy Athletics and the way in which our athletes, coaches, and fans approach competition. 

The manner in which our school is represented is far more important than wins and losses. We believe that our athletic contests are an extension of the classroom, and we value spirited and fair play as well as positive support for players and teams. 

The primary purpose of interscholastic athletics is to promote the physical, mental, moral, and emotional well-being of our student athletes. Therefore, we expect all members of the Mercy community to lead by example and demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times. Mercy will not tolerate any spectator, either student or adult, whose behavior is disrespectful towards players, officials, coaches, or other spectators. Profanity, degrading remarks, and intimidating actions directed at officials or competitors will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the event site.

We thank you in advance for meeting this high standard at every Mercy event.

Section V Sportsmanship Policy

The Section V Athletic Association is committed to promoting the proper ideals of sportsmanship, ethical conduct and fair play at all sectional activities.  We will oppose instances and activities which run counter to the best values of athletic competition in order to insure the well being of all individual players. We will expect acceptable standards of good citizenship and proprietary with proper regard for the rights of to others. 
 
We are further committed to the belief that schools participating in sectional activities should be held responsible for the conduct of their players, coaches, faculty members, and spectators.  Conduct which is detrimental to the educational value of athletic activities may be deemed just cause for the school’s reprimand, probation, suspension from a particular sport, or suspension from sectional activities.

Section V Spectator Code of Behavior/Ethics
It is the responsibility of the spectator to:
  1. Keep cheering positive. There should be no profanity or degrading language/gestures.
  2. Avoid actions which offend visiting teams or individual players
  3. Show appreciation of good play by both teams.
  4. Learn the rules of the game in order to be a better informed spectator.
  5. Treat all visiting teams in a manner in which you would expect to be treated.
  6. Accept the judgment of coaches and officials.
  7. Encourage other spectators to participate in the spirit of good sportsmanship.
  8. Avoid the use, abuse and resulting negative influence of drugs, including alcohol and tobacco.
