Mercy Principal, Dr. Sherylanne Diodato, Featured in Rochester Business Journal
Mercy Principal, Dr. Sherylanne Diodato, was recently featured in the Rochester Business Journal, where she shared her thoughtful, student-centered approach to leadership and Mercy’s commitment to educating the whole student—academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
As Mercy’s 11th Principal in our nearly 100-year history and a proud alumna, Dr. Diodato brings a powerful full-circle perspective to her work. Her firsthand experience as a Mercy student continues to shape her leadership philosophy and her dedication to preparing young women for life beyond Mercy.
“Mercy was instrumental in shaping me as a woman and a leader, and I look forward to shaping the leaders of tomorrow,” she shared - and she does just that with compassion, integrity, and a whole lot of joy.
We are grateful for all that Dr. D (as our students affectionately call her) does for our Mercy families, faculty and staff, and alumnae community.
