Established in 1990 by Sue Clifford, Mercy’s first Middle School Administrator, Ministry Days provide students with the opportunity to engage in the greater community. At Mercy, we believe service isn’t just an activity—it’s a way of life.
Through our Ministry Days spent visiting organizations, including Intervol, Catholic Charities, Foodlink, Gigi’s Playhouse, and many more, we empower our students to become compassionate leaders who make a difference in the world. From sorting medical supplies and organizing clothing for refugees to creating heartfelt Valentines for individuals with Down syndrome, our students put their hands and hearts to work!
Our Lady of Mercy School for Young Women is a sponsored ministry of the Institute of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas and a member of Mercy Education.
